Climate Field Services Limited is a private company limited by shares, proudly founded in 2016 in Zambia.
We recognized the severe negative impacts of climate change on the agricultural practices of rural smallholder farmers. In response, our core purpose was established: to provide specialized agrometeorological advisory services designed to directly enhance agricultural production, productivity, and community resilience.

An expert Agrometeorologist and graduate from the University of the Free State University, Bloemfontein in South Africa. Dr. Nanja leads the organization’s research and strategic field integrations.
Precious Nanja
Holding a Masters’ degree in Agribusiness from the Rusangu University in Monze, Zambia, Precious drives the strategic business initiatives, crop diversification, and market creation strategies for CFS.
